How to cook Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

Spaghetti Squash
Butter or Olive oil

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. 2. Cut the squash in half lengthwise. 3. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon (only the seeds in the centre - the stringy bits around are the flesh that we want!) 4. Place the squash halves in a roasting pan upside down. 5. Cover the bottom of the pan with a little water. 6. Cook the squash for 30-50 minutes (depending on the size - you can check with a fork if it's tender). 7. Use a fork to scrape out the squash - you will receive beautiful squash spaghetti! 8. Serve the squash "noodles" with a little butter or olive oil, or with your favourite "pasta sauce".
